By accessing or using Video Guestbook (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is a tool that allows users to interact with their own cloud storage (Google Drive).
- We do not provide storage services ourselves.
- We do not host, view, or manage your files.
- We provide the interface to facilitate your connection to third-party providers.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, record, or manage through the App. You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
- Permissions: By granting the App access to your camera, microphone, and storage, you confirm you have the right to use these features in your current environment.
4. Third-Party Services
Your use of the App requires an active account with Google. You acknowledge that your relationship with these providers is governed by their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, data loss, or account issues originating from these third-party platforms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Note: Since we do not store your data, we cannot recover lost files or passwords for you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oosterwaal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss or unauthorized access to your cloud accounts.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
